I made black pepper beef for dinner today. It didn't turn out as well as I would have wanted it to though. The beef was extremely tough. It must have been a really old cow!

Thanks but no, I didn't quit! :-) I just wasn't able to upload my "photo of the day" a couple of days ago. It was actually quite spicy but we handled it well, I think.
