Comments
We opened a bottle of Bordeaux today - the Aldi variety (for those of you who don't know Aldi, it's a "budget" grocery store).

This photo looked very regular with all the colors intact. However, once I reduced the saturation, it really started coming out. The reduced saturation gives the wine a vintage look.
